Rains offers a 30-day return policy on all orders, allowing you to return unworn items in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange. We strive to make our return process as waterproof and seamless as our outerwear.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original shipping bag or a similar protective box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
